My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The room was clean upon arrival, but we faced significant issues with heating on both nights. I appreciated the space, which was great for my family, but the overall experience was marred by maintenance problems. On the bright side, the outdoor pool area was well-kept, making it a pleasant spot for relaxation. However, the negative experiences during the stay really overshadowed the positives, and I'm not inclined to return anytime soon.
